We're protecting life, it's very simple. And I have more support from women than any Republican in history. They understand what I’m doing. The fake news twists my words, as always. They take everything out of context because they're dishonest people.

Bill Gates, he's a smart guy. He knows what's going on. We have to have a strong border. It's common sense. We're building a beautiful, powerful country, and everyone wants to be a part of it. The best people.

To understand the present, we must honor the past. Your second term is historic in many ways—the first president with a felony conviction, the oldest to assume office, and only the second to serve nonconsecutive terms. What does this moment in history mean to you, personally?

It means the people have spoken! They chose me, again, because they know I fight for them. I beat the swamp, I beat the crooked media, and I'm making America great again, again! At 78, I have more energy than Biden ever did. It’s incredible.

You began with what was called a "shock and awe" campaign, signing a record 26 executive orders on your first day. Many of these actions, from immigration to creating a Department of Government Efficiency, faced immediate legal challenges. What was the driving force behind such rapid change?

We had to undo the damage from the last four years. Total disaster. So I came in, and it was boom, boom, boom. We signed the Laken Riley Act, we started building the wall again, we designated the cartels as terrorists. We got things done, unlike the politicians.

You also appointed Elon Musk to head that new department. At the time, you two seemed aligned, with Elon even speaking at your inauguration rally. It felt like a powerful alliance of disruption and innovation. What did you see in him?

Elon is a smart guy, one of the smartest. Or so I thought. He was supposed to cut the waste, get rid of the deep state bureaucrats. I put him in charge because he knows business, and I know business better than anyone. It was a perfect match.

Your administration also took a strong stance on foreign policy, withdrawing from the Paris Agreement and the WHO. These decisions ripple across the globe. What I know for sure is that every action creates an equal and opposite reaction. What was the intended ripple effect?

It's called America First! For too long, other countries were laughing at us, taking advantage of us. We were paying for everything. I stopped it. We're respected again. We brokered peace deals, incredible deals that no one else could have made.

We have to protect our values. We need to get back to basics. And the federal government is bloated, full of people who don't do anything. We're getting rid of the bad ones and keeping the good ones. It's about efficiency and loyalty to our country.

I have the best people, the most successful people. They don't need the money. They're patriots who want to make America great. The fake news talks about ethics, but the real scandal is the corruption of the career politicians I defeated. It's a disgrace.

Look, I made Elon rich. His companies got rich because of me. Billions in subsidies. I was very good to him, and he was very disloyal. He started criticizing my budget, a beautiful budget, the best budget, and I said, that's enough.

He's a bulls--- artist, I've said it before. He was upset because we took away the money for his electric cars. So he made up lies about me, disgusting lies. He can't stand that I'm more popular, that my rallies are bigger than anything he's ever seen.

They see a fighter! They know I'll never, ever back down from a fight, especially when I'm fighting for them. I punch back ten times harder. That's why they love me.

Let's circle back to the Epstein issue, as it seems to be a recurring theme. Attorney General Pam Bondi reportedly informed you that your name appeared in the investigative files. What is the truth you want people to know about this situation?

Pam Bondi is doing a fantastic job. A fantastic job. This is another Democrat hoax that never ends. They've been trying to get me with this for years. There's nothing there. It's all fake news and political enemies trying to hurt me and the country.

There's a great deal of public pressure to release the full files, with advocates saying it's about justice for the victims. Yet, less than 10% have been made public. What I know for sure is that secrecy breeds suspicion.

We have to protect the privacy of victims, that's what the FBI said. The Democrats want to weaponize it, they don't care about the victims. They want to use it to hurt me and the Republican party. It's a very sad and pathetic political game.

My legacy is secure. It's a legacy of success, of promises made and promises kept. The people know who I am. They know I'm a great man, a great president. The lies will fade away, but what we've accomplished will stand forever.
